After getting stabbed in the throat, Charles “I’m not based on Nixon, no really, I’m not!” Logan is coming back to 24. I had hope for season 8 (especially after seeing the 45-second preview), but now I’m worried again. Logan sucks and he sucks the life out of any story he’s involved.
Plus, he is a reminder of the craptacular season 6 that, and I think I speak for all 24 fans here, I’d rather forget. Is anyone happy about this?
I hope his re-appearance is counter-balanced by the re-appearance of President Keeler who was never confirmed dead after the crash of Air Force One in Season 4… OMG Zombies!!!111!!!
I think we’re on to something here. Jack Bauer vs the Zombie Apocalypse. The shambling remains of the Big Bads(except for the guy who got his head cut off with the hacksaw of course) as well as the people Jack killed over the series and a few fan favorites(President Allstate, Black Bauer, Edgar, etc).
Unless Chuck Norris is one of the zombies, the zombies don’t stand a chance. Jack and his pistol will wipe them all out. Hell, I’m sure Jack is looking forward right now to killing them all again. Especially Terry.
I have to disagree. While Season 6 had a zillion problems with it, Gregory Itzin was definitely not one of them. He worked minor miracles out of a ridiculous character, and would’ve been my vote for the Supporting Actor Emmy that year. I’d much rather see more of him than Crazy Ex-First Lady Jean Smart (though one ep w/her in the loony bin would be fun).
