I recorded all but two episodes from A&E.
How did Kim get away from the survivalist guy?
How did they catch Kate’s sister, whose name I don’t remember?
Did they follow up on palm poisoned Palmer in season three?
Thanks.

I think he finally just let her go, when she found out there wasn’t really a nuclear explosion. He asked if she would come back and visit him, and she said she didn’t think so.

I don’t remember.

They never followed up on it, although Palmer’s wrist and hand appeared scarred later on, and I think he even took a medication that was related.
They also mentioned catching the guys who attacked him(except mandy, who shows up later)
24: The Game (I think for PS2) covers the time inbetween seasons 2 and 3.
- He tried to trick her into thinking that the bomb had gone off. In looking for something on some shelves, Kim finds a TV (in a pantry or closet), turns it on. Survival guy doesn’t hear it because he has the headphones on (from his police scanner or whatever it is). TV works and is doing a regular newscast, nothing about a bomb going off, and Kim realizes he’s BS-ing her.
She sneaks up and whacks him on the head with something and holds a knife pointed at him, demanding to be let out. He easily disarms her, but says he only wanted company and never intended to hurt her. She begs him to let her go, and he does – he gives her a gun, as well, saying, “There are cougars out there. If you see one, fire a shot in the air to scare it off.”

Marie. Authorities have a lockdown at the airport and are processing people who are there before they are allowed to exit (searching and ID-ing, etc). Kate sees Marie mixing in (with a brunette wig on) a group of such people, going into a hangar. Kate follows and sees Marie slipping out the back door. Kate follows, has to flash the badge that CTU gave her to get past, and she tells him to radio Jack Bauer. She goes out, and Marie pulls a gun on her and demands her badge – they argue, Kate refuses to give her the badge and says she doesn’t think Marie will shoot her. Marie is just about to shoot Kate when Jack comes in sight, with a team of agents, and shoots Marie in the arm. They subdue her.

Not in any significant way. Seems to me that they were thinking about using it as some sort of tie-in to the next season, but then decided to change the plot completely, or something.
Obviously 9:00 - 10:00 PM is one of the episodes you missed (since that’s when the events above happened). But I certainly hope you didn’t miss episode 15 (10-11 PM)! IMHO, that’s one of the best ones the show has had!
Oh, you can also read the more detailed episode guide for the ones you missed on the “24” web site (over at fox.com):
