30 Rock episode help

I’m looking for the title of a past episode of 30 Rock where Liz tells Kenneth all her problems/sad information. She feels better, but it makes Kenneth worse. Jack then explains that the negativity is transferred from weak person to weak person. It only stops with strong people, like Jack.

I’m really only looking for the clip of Jack explaining the theory, but I should be able to find that once I know the episode.
