I liked it. Matthew Broderick was great as Cooter Burger. He is really good at quirky comedy and should have his own tv show. Does Matthew just get heavier, but not older? They really skewered the Bush administration.
Liz’s pregnancy scare was pretty good and it showed how much she counts on Jack, and that Jack is a pretty good friend even outside of the business setting. I was suprised she never seemed to consider getting an abortion, although she has shown a big interest in babies in another episode and I guess the clock is ticking.
I remember when 30 Rock was about producing a weekly comedy show. I would like them to do that again.
Huh, I had the exact opposite reaction - I was wondering when Ferris Bueller joined AARP. He was great though - “It wasn’t even a burger, it was just a sandwich.”
I saw Baby Mama last week and only now realized she’s played the same character :smack: . What did Kenneth and that women say in Mandarin at the end; there weren’t any subtitles.
Another good episode. I rather liked how the mexican cheese curls of all things caused the false positive.
Frank: Okay, I played the game for a few hours. It’s okay, I guess.
Tracy: A few hours? It’s been three months!
Frank (see his reflection): AAAAUGH!
Tracy: I’m gonna be a billionaire!
Then there was that whole bit with Kathy Geiss and the Hot Wheels car in her mouth.
One of the best of the season. I was very entertained with all of Jack and Cooter’s scenes.
Cooter had two nicknames, Cooter because he looks like a turtle and Burger because the president once saw him eat a burger. It wasn’t even a burger, it was a sandwich.
Cooter - “We have a meeting with the appropriations meeting like now.”
Jack - “Oh no, I’m not prepared”
Cooter “I know I’m not drunk either, but we’ll manage.”
