This was in a comic I browsed through a few years ago (I think “For Better or Worse”, or whatever it is). Two (or maybe three) teenage guys sitting around trying to come up with words for drunk. The little sister of one wanders through, and they solicit her contribution. Her conversation-stopper? “How about stupid?
Still never stopped me, though.

Although it goes better as a euphemism (why not an euphemism? I guess if you want to get technical, it should be) for stoned:

Smoldering/ed

shapeless

(Probably only British and regional, but I don’t know which region, because the people from whom I heard this were from different places.) I liked it though. And has “pissed as a newt” been done already?

over-refreshed

boracho/boracha
hicamo/hicama
pedo/peda
all in spanish

Kitty

Brahms & List (rhymes with pissed)

Wassocked.
Trousered.
Hoovered.
Müllered.
Fruit Cornered.
Crunch Cornered.

Müller make yoghurts called Fruit Corner and Crunch Corner.

My favorite is from a list compiled by Ben Franklin.

“He’s Prince Eugene”

It means drunk, but I have no idea why.

drunker than a knee-walking turkey

DubDoped

When I was in university, I wrote a paper on the Aztec, and while researching it I ran across a reference to measuring drunkeness in terms of numbers of rabbits. I think it maxed out at 200 rabbits, meaning (presumably) that if you were 200 rabbits, you were crawling, slobbering drunk.

I have no idea why they’d use rabbits, but there you have it.

Irish slang for drunk:
