“I suspect that these sharks were killed somewhere else, and the bodies moved here!”
Just when you thought it was safe to go back on the asphalt…
“CandyGraahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, no no nooooooooooooooo, wait stop nooooooo Scraghhharghhhhhhhhhhhhghghghgh”
When I saw that news article all I could think was to hope they were dead before they were dumped, not dumped alive to gasp and die by the side of the road. Idiots who think keeping large animals in residences is cool aren’t always so clever when those same animals get too big/expensive.
We can’t have people murdering sharks!
The article made it sound like they took the fricken’ lasers, too.
Animals do drop out of the sky on occasions. Why do they not believe this was one of those occasions? There have been a lot of UFO sighting lately too.
Were they finned?
ETA- Cal, that link dropped some crazy “let us help you optimize your computer’s performance” crap on my machine when I clicked on it… I couldn’t get around it and had to shut down…
“The bodies were left as a warning to other lawyers, sources believe.”
I read that they had all their teeth removed. I’d bet they were caught so the teeth could be sold as souvenirs.
StG
Maybe someone wanted to prevent them from being identified by dental records.
They could probably still give you a nasty suck.
I bet they were kill trying to escape a Great White slavery ring.
Well, they will be easier to jump.
I sorta doubt that’s the case here. I mean, one shark I could see someone keeping, maybe two. But SIX?
You just need a ramp and Evel Knievel’s bike.
Also, you win the best username/post combo of the thread.
Not a residence, but a mega pool hall (The Shark Club on M-59) I used to frequent in Waterford, MI had two tanks with small sharks in them, several in each.
Kinda-sorta relevant. There’s apparantly an African Lion running around in the wild just east of Colorado Springs.
Sorry – I had no idea.
Oh, and a bear is in the Circuit City.
I wonder where the tiger is?
