Ginni Thomas, wife of said-to-be hospitalized Supreme Court Justice Clarence, emailed dozens of times with Mark Meadows in the days and weeks leading up to the Jan 6 insurrection and Biden’s inauguration:
Apologists for the “no one must suggest Merrick Garland isn’t doing his job” school of thought are saying that these emails prove that Meadows is currently cooperating with DOJ and that’s why DOJ hasn’t acted on the criminal contempt referral of Meadows (for ignoring a subpoena) from Congress. But of course that’s not the case—this set of emails is in the materials Meadows turned over long before the criminal contempt referral was made.

So. What? Please describe the mechanism by which there will be any consequences for anyone from this.
In a well run world it would mean justice Thomas would recuse himself from any cases that come before his court that relate to the January 6 uprising.
It can add pressure to stack the court.
And it makes the following self-serving and tells us to not listen to justice Thomas:
Who will make him recuse himself? Did you really need this to tell you he’s not a valuable voice?
Bottom line is I don’t think that there is anyone who can do anything to him.
