Last time the lost my luggage, I got a call the next day from the delivery service; an hour later it was at my door. I unpacked, washed, & dried, & then for the 'ell of it, called the automated #, which told me they were still trying to locate it. :smack:

Had some time in the hot tub with a glass of wine. Had a brownie with ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Life is good.
I’m so glad I don’t have to travel cross country for stuff anymore. I hate flyin’ and because this is Jawja I usually ended up on Delta. Delta means don’t expect luggage to arrive. They do a bang up job livin’ up to their name.

It’s a cold, wet, breezy morning. It’s 35 degrees. We’re supposed to clear up, and get up to nearly 50 today, so it won’t be a total loss.
The agenda for the day will include the starting of the Black Cherry Tomato seeds. I think we’ll go visit my dad, who is in the nursing home, too. He won’t know who I am, though. He never does, anymore. Alzheimer’s sucks. I’ll bring him a bag of junk food, because he really likes junk food. That makes him happy.
I think burgers and fries are on the menu for dinner, later. That’s easy enough.
Swampy, mmmmm…You can’t go wrong with bacon!

I can relate. Our local forecast, as of last night, said we could get up to 1" of slush by this morning. I don’t even know what the hell that means. I’ve never heard a forecast like that, before.
