My daughter brought home a Carvel ice cream cake. It was teh yum!! She’s now doing dishes, and I’m about to resume my knitting posture. Just called my mom - she’s got a house full - I’m the bad daughter who isn’t there…
But we’ll be up there in 2 weeks - I’ll be taking her a plant then.
Kisses all around!! MWAH!!
Howdy Y’all! I’m home. Been home for about an hour and a half. I’ve been doin’ some laundry. It was underwear washin’ time. Cant’ go to work without clean drawers after all!
MamaTigs I here ya about Sunday afternoon. I’ve always wondered about those folks who went to church on Sunday mornin’ and then went back again on Sunday night. If they’d just lay around, nap, watch football or cheesey movies and such they’d still be ok. Instead they apparently spend Sunday afternoons doin’ unspeakable things that result in havin’ to go back to church.
Hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day retreat and brunch, Soapy. Sounds like it was going to be lots of fun. (Meant to say that yesterday.)
Sounds like everyone else had a nice time too. Yay!
I spent 3 or 4 hours in the garden, splitting up hostas, and transplanting them. I also mowed. And went for a walk, too.
Now I’m gonna assume the knitting position too, and then get some work work done.
Off to get more stuff done…
