A rather silly post (however, this is “Mundane pointless stuff I must share”) – this post expected to “die aborning” rather than become a thread; but you never know.
Prompted by the current thread on IMHO, “Euphemisms or code words you use in daily life”. A code expression mentioned by a poster, used between themself and one dear to them, to refer to masturbation.
Thoughts turned thus, to code expression which has been used between me and associates, re same activity. Said expression for us, derives from a daft series of jokes about a small mythical cast. The head bod involved in this stuff, is Shun the Chinese gentleman. He has a supporting cast of Nick the Greek, Ram Singh the Indian, and others. It all revolves around things that the others say, addressing Shun – the point being, things said to Shun, which end with sounding like some sexually-or-medically “rude” word ending in “-tion”.
Example re masturbation.
Shun: “So, Nick, we’ve been sold as slaves in Tunis.”
Nick: “That’s right; and you must remember to call your master ‘Bey’, Shun.”
Hence our circle’s expression “visiting Tunis” or “taking a trip to Tunis”, re the activity which sounds like…
Is anyone else acquainted with this particular idiotic joke / wordplay scenario (Shun and company) –- or is it just me and my immediate associates?
