The reason he’s not posting to it is that he would be perceived as a loser, just like the handful of pathetic losers already there, in the internet equivalent of barren desolation. The best he can do now is blame everything on Nunes, and promise that, in his brilliance, he will personally launch a real social platform that will be bigger and better than Twitter – in two weeks.
Is this the second or the third failure to launch a platform so far? I can’t keep track. IIRC, “From the desk of Donald J. Trump” lasted less than a month. That’s a record even for the Orange Peril. Trump Steaks, Trump Vodka, Trump University, Trump Casinos, and Trump Airlines – among others – I believe mostly lasted longer than that before the Trump Touch™ turned them to shit.
It just occurs to me that the business success of those “ventures” is not the point for Tan the Conman. As long as they’re remenbered by the general public, that’s a win for him. Of course he’s going to lie about how and why they’re remembered, but he’ll, God help us, be right that they’re remembered and it’ll be his name that’s uttered.
Doesn’t the general public wonder why other billionaires don’t shill for an endless supply of crap products?
My guess: they interpret it not as we do–that he’s a con artist trying to empty their wallets–but as proof that he Cares about them and Wants to Interact with them and Be Part of their Lives.
Or some shit like that.

Seems like this platform is ripe for hacking. Key personnel are incompetent, they didn’t know how to adjust the word filter to allow Roger Stone to post (or it’s their passive/aggressive way of ghosting him), and they don’t have the personnel to verify accounts. Truth Social is a fot bloated worm just waiting to be raped and pillaged.
Why is any personnel other than the obligatory positions of developers and database admins even necessary for account verification? In every well developed app that launches, these procedures are automated. I also never have heard about any online app/website that had waiting queues for signing up, especially that slow. It’s all crazy stuff. And yeah, incompetence at the lowest level.
