A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 1)

My late brother-in-law would be one of these rubes; through his own lack of decent education, ambition, and critical thinking abilities, he used to believe that he had been screwed over by everyone else. His sister (that is my wife) busted her ass to get out of the fucking shit-hole she grew up in to become a successful, normal and productive citizen, and BIL used to say that she “had it easy” while he sat on his fat ass collecting welfare.

Sadly I think that there are a lot more of these than people realize, and Trump gave them official permission to surface and make themselves known.

There is a not insignificant percentage of Americans whose ideal of manhood is a man “Who don’t take no shit off no one.” And that is the one and only criterion. T-rump embodies this so thoroughly. Never admit defeat. Never admit being wrong. No matter what. And these folks don’t care about anything else T does as long as he “Holds True” like a real man.

I thought “holding true” also included being honest.

I get this, but on the other hand he is such a pathetic whiny cry-baby that I don’t see how anyone could look at that and say “Yep, that’s manly!”

They admire him. They also want to be above the law, and their defense is to whine about it when caught. Just like Trump.

They want to be able to stiff contractors. They would have liked to have been born on third base.

They would like a gold digging wife or perhaps a pool boy as arm candy.

These losers look up to him.

Republic National Committee will no longer pay Trump’s legal bills incurred in fighting the Mar-A-Lago search and seizure by the FBI.

Trump’s shiny new lawyers will almost certainly never be paid now.

Why were these doofuses still paying his bills in the first damn place?

I read the agreement was they pay the bills as long as he waits until after the midterms to announce.

Including the ones in connection with New York Attorney General Letitia James’ investigation, which has nothing to do with any candidacy or his presidency. WTF are they paying the bills for something to do with his private business?

“I just grabbed them by the pocketbook. When you’re a big star, they want you to do it.”

And then they run out of money to spend on advertising for Republican candidates. Man, Trump sure did con the RNC!

Interesting tidbit from Politico:

[Chris] Kise has extensive experience with major trials and appeals and has successfully argued four Supreme Court cases. Kise, described as a “fixture in Florida Republican politics,” comes from the firm Foley and Lardner. As of Tuesday morning, Kise was no longer listed on the firm’s website.

Did he part ways with the firm because they said ‘nuh-uh’ to his wish to take this case?

Brian Ballard, a top lobbyist and fundraiser for Trump and DeSantis, said Kise was “one of the finest lawyers I’ve ever worked with — I think President Trump got a really good lawyer and really good counselor and a fighter.”

Another one bites the dust. A-fuckin’-mazing.

I would like to see some ask them how they feel about the prospect of not being paid.

And then being thrown under the bus by the Orange Peril. Remember the rule; Everything Trump Touches Turns To Shit.

He has the Merde Touch.

Here. This should cheer everyone up.

You look at the red- and yellow-bordered “TOP SECRET” and “SCIF” Documents and realize immediately that there’s no way these were taken by mistake or just overlooked.

Leaders in the Pennsylvania GOP are endorsing for governor…a Democrat.. I am looking out the window for flying swine.

Their own candidate is a Trump-supporting, election-denying, Confederate-uniform-wearing would-be insurrectionist. Suddenly that’s not acceptable?

General Lee plays a long game.

especially when said uniform wearing git gives a speech at gettysburg.

I wish I could claim credit, but I had nothing to do with it.
