I’ve already seen on Twitter and in the comments section on Yahoo! magats/trumpeters saying the trial was a show trial, rigged from the beginning, just like communist China, etc. Not only do they not care about the facts, they actively deny any of the facts about the jackass.
It is the greatest witch hunt of all time. You know why? Because they keep finding witches! That is the absolute hallmark of a successful witch hunt and this one just keeps giving and giving!
Also funny that he says “the people aren’t going to take it much longer”. Yes, the people do seem to be getting tired of something, don’t they?

No real revelations or breaking news in this article, but I love that the headline drips with Schadenfreude:
We dunk on these people, and rightfully so, but may Ted Cruz’s daughter find the love and support she needs during this difficult time. Suicide is a terrible thing, and I am glad she was found before it was too late. Being a parent is rarely easy and being a child even less so. Prayers to Ted, Heidi, and the rest of the Cruz family as well.
I disagree with the implication that Trump is not already broken.
But he has increasingly been giving off that “old man shouts at cloud” vibe in his various messages.
No schadenfreude here. Whatever I may feel about Ted Cruz’s personality or politics, no family should have to go through this pain. Hoping Heidi recovers from this physically and emotionally.
Sure, he’s been mentally broken for many many years, but I think the article was suggesting perhaps his will and his ability to persevere in the political and public arena is finally broken.
Heidi is the wife, the article doesn’t specify which daughter is involved.
I hope she does get the help her father would deny to others.

The tabloid Gaytimes.com noted the use of “bi” in Caroline’s bio as well, and mentioned comments made by fans of the video speculating around the teen’s sexuality. One commenter asked, “I see in ur bio ur bi — is that something he knows? (if ur comfortable talking ab it, I’m just curious)” [sic], to which she responded, “I haven’t told him yet, I’m kinda nervous to tbh but I don’t think he would be mad about it” [sic].
About the Cruz family situation:
a representative for his office said: “This is a family matter, and thankfully their daughter is OK.”
“The family requests that the media respect their daughter’s privacy at this time.”
For Cruz it is a family issue and they want privacy. I’m guessing that for anyone else it would be a visit from CPS.
He’ll blame his daughter for this just like the Cancun trip.
