Representative Lauren Boebert’s eldest son, Tyler, failed appear in court for a mandatory review hearing related to a September 2022 car crash that left a friend hospitalized.
A Boebert spokesperson issued a statement:

Had the jury not been anonymous, I have no doubt that many of them would have had disturbing and vaguely threatening communications from shadowy figures that, of course, Trump had never heard of and knew nothing about.
