A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 1)

Even pukier than Ronaldo’s (heh, first) bust.

Representative Lauren Boebert’s eldest son, Tyler, failed appear in court for a mandatory review hearing related to a September 2022 car crash that left a friend hospitalized.

A Boebert spokesperson issued a statement:

“If you want to write a hit piece on a politician’s son, go after Hunter Biden,” the spokesperson said.

If Boebert was my mom I’d probably be a drug-addled mess too.

He only likes military members who did not die in battle.

“Boebert rep says attacks on Hunter are ‘hit pieces’; Biden issues thanks for the support.”

Trump tries another blatant mob-boss legal maneuver, is firmly rebuffed.

Is this for real? It’s not an Onion article, it certainly looks like an actual news article from Reuters. Holy shit! This is totally an Al Capone maneuver. Had the jury not been anonymous, I have no doubt that many of them would have had disturbing and vaguely threatening communications from shadowy figures that, of course, Trump had never heard of and knew nothing about.

When Trump was in office, he and his crew behaved like mafioso. Now, they behave like the (Charles) Manson Family.

Right-wing twitter clone Parler is officially dead.

(At least until its new owner completes its promised reassessment ahead of a possible relaunch.)

The current market of sucker investors is tapped out. Perhaps when Trump Truth Social dies.

No need for Parler anyway now that Musk is letting the right-wing trolls run free at Twitter.

Vaguely? Shadowy? Where have you been? These clowns are quite open about their death threats.

“After our last hearing. President Trump tried to call a witness in our investigation. A witness you have not yet seen in these hearings,” Rep. Liz Cheney, the vice chair of the committee, said on Tuesday.

“That person declined to answer or respond to President Trump’s call and instead alerted their lawyer to the call. Their lawyer alerted us. And this committee has supplied that information to the Department of Justice,” she added.

A Trump confidant told CBS News that Republican senators were warned: “Vote against the president, and your head will be on a pike.”

Alas, nothing came of these, and nothing will come of them. :frowning:

Do they not know who is the president now?

To that question, the article is dated 2020…

Two weeks or so, I’m guessing….

You are correct, Sir.
Quoting George Thorogood:
“I take it some of you folks have heard this story before.”

Not sure if it qualifies as Schandenfreude, but this seems like the best place for it.

Turns out The Donald had to file Federal Election Commission (FEC) paperwork as he is a candidate once again, and this little detail caught several eyes…Donald Trump made less than $200 from Truth Social, filings show | The Independent

So…was really going to be the big thing that knocked Twitter and Facebook on their asses and made you a media mogul…and not enough to buy dinner for two at Sardi’s, even if you stiff the waiter.

Of course, given the very tenuous, indeed flimsy relationship between Trump and the truth, one can take this for what it is worth…

Press on.

oh - ouch! ZING!

I’m pretty sure that the way the income ranges are defined, “less than $201” could mean “zero”, and probably does.
