They don’t necessarily have any meaning, they’re just political reflux intended to inspire a similar reaction in listeners of a like mind.
In a book about theatre I have, the author describes a Coarse Actor’s attitude towards lines as being like that of a machine gunner towards a belt of ammunition: something to be shot off in the vague direction of the enemy and replaced as soon as possible. I’ve come to regard about 75% of political discourse in similar terms; on the right it’s probably closer to 95%.

I get where the Garland DOJ is coming from, but I have to admit this irks me a little:
trump’s much-hyped ‘return to online relevance’ blog has been shut down after barely a month. The ‘Join | Donald J. Trump’ blog link now just goes to an alert sign-up page. A staggering lack of interest is cited:

I’m surprised they aren’t letting him continue, and just lying about the lack of traffic. It’s just lie Fred Trump sitting in his office with the phone that connects only to his receptionist and signing blank pieces of paper.
Haha, yeah, true. It’s interesting that it got shut down after almost exactly a month-- maybe the blogging software they were using had a 30-day free trial, and trump was too cheap to pay to continue.
