That just reminds me of living in Kansas farm country back in the day. Totally flat and you could see far into the distance. Not much in the way of trees either. Roads were straight and seemed to go on forever. Cruise control was definitely your friend.

I got a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in college. One of my favorite professors, who taught life drawing, said he developed an excellent instinctive sense of perspective from growing up in Kansas.

I knew a die-hard Trumper who was complaining years ago that Fox was too liberal and that he had to go to OAN to get the “real” news.
I think Fox hosting a town hall with Pete Buttigieg was what triggered him.
Every time Fox dips into actual journalism and news, no matter how briefly, it causes the cultists to lose their minds. The fact that their standard m.o. has resulted in over half a billion dollars in fines doesn’t seem to have phased them at all.
I recall this mostly starting with Fox calling Arizona for Biden back in 2020? There were probably rumblings about this before that and that’s just when it hit a fever pitch.
Apparently Fox has a solid polling division, so their numbers are pretty reliable. Just makes it sweeter.
