I was listening to C-SPAN’s Washington Journal the other day, and a woman caller said very matter-of-factly that ‘a whistle-blower has come forward and revealed that Kamala Harris was given the ABC-debate questions ahead of time.’
She read it or heard it somewhere and takes for granted that it’s true.
A search of “debate Harris Trump whistleblower questions” shows no reputable source confirming the story, and plenty confirming that it’s totally made up—and being pushed hard—by the right:

Yeah, the idea (or “concept”) that ‘getting the questions early’ would be advantageous doesn’t bear up under the most casual scrutiny. Clearly the moderators were going to ask about the economy and about immigration. Other likely topics would include the changes in messaging BOTH candidates have exhibited (e.g. fracking for Harris and abortion-time-limits for Trump), and the wars in the Middle East and in Ukraine.
“Any old excuse” for Trump’s bad performance seems to be the operative principle here.
