Barron is a name you give a fucking dog.
This was my thought. I know Barron, as a minor and mostly out of the public eye, has been considered off limits for criticism for the most part. If he’s 18 now and actively participating in the grifting though I think he has to be considered fair game.
Other Trump family members have managed to escape the cult to various degrees, but I don’t think any did that were so deeply enmeshed as Barron has presumably been. You know that kid has been getting a steady diet of brainwashing on a daily basis for a long time now.
Is he actively participating? Or is this more shit his father and brothers have signed him up to without his consent?
Good question. I went looking at recent news stories about this and can’t find any direct quotes. It’s all Trump talking up his son. It’s certainly possible this was done without his consent, but if he’s a crypto bro anyway that doesn’t really raise my opinion of him if I’m being honest.
He is 18, as of this past March. He just started college, at New York University.
So far, he seems to only be indirectly (or at least non-publicly) involved with any of his father’s stuff, but that said, as per Wired:

When I first learned that Trump used the pseudonym “John Barron,” and that he had named his son Barron, I was pretty sure he used the name due to Barron Hilton.
I just noticed that was the last one I needed on my bullshit bingo card.

[ I’m not as good as @Smapti and others at channeling Trump-speak, but figured since he treats other fictional characters as real, why not? And yes, the Baron isn’t mono colored in the original, but more people are probably familiar with the movie than the book ]

I can understand and even sympathize with his wish to escape a reality in which Donald Trump is his father.
I’d guess out-of-state, as his family moved to Florida as their primary/official residence after they left the White House.
We haven’t heard much from Barron, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the Trump Crime Family told him that now that he was an adult, he had to join the family business as the “Decentralized Finance Visionary,” whatever that means. “Do a good job in a sinecure job, Barron, and you can grow up to be consigliere in the family.”
I’d love for Barron to respond, “Screw you, Dad, I’m going to NYU for Art History.”
