I visited an alligator prison once. The guards were all crocodiles. So the gators were stuck inside but the crocs caiman went as they pleased.

Just for the sake of completedness, accuracy and nitpicking: A balloon whith words in it in comics and cartoons is called a Sprechblase in German. A speech bubble, literally.
A Ballon (German for balloon) is much sturdier than a Blase (English bubble).
