Eh. Trump starts mugging before the laughing starts, who knows if they’re laughing at the idea of his empathy, or if it’s a room full of quislings responding to his smarmy smile. I’m guessing attendees are pretty well vetted, though.

Looking at them closely, they are not the same link. The first one ends in “151616000.html”, while the second (working) one ends in “151616006.html”. It’s literally just the last digit in the number at the end of the HTML filename. I’m not sure what that’s about.
