I joke all the time that I teleport on planes. Often I bring gear to make myself really comfortable, fall asleep around takeoff, then wake up around landing. To me it feels like minutes to transport many miles.
Also, I used to travel backward in time flying from Boise back to Seattle, and landing at an earlier time than I took off due to crossing the time zone and the flight being so short.

So Rubio tweeted about an explosion at the German Dam which caused a widespread power failure. There was a transformer explosion and a power failure, but the German Dam does not exist.
German Dam was the name of a reporter covering the story.

So Chuck Grassley had a town hall and got an earful about the wrongfully disappeared Kilmar Abrego Garcia. This surprises me, as I would have figured that Iowans would be most upset about the tariffs, but I saw a few clips of this meeting on the news and people were really pissed about this. The audience appeared to be mainly older folks.
Many in Grassley’s audience in Iowa expressed concerns over the Trump administration’s refusal to comply with court orders to facilitate the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from a prison in El Salvador, arguing Grassley and Congress haven’t adequately provided checks and balances on the Trump administration, allowing him to defy court orders.
“You going to bring that guy back from El Salvador?” an audience member shouted.
“That’s not a power of Congress,” Grassley responded.
“El Salvador is an independent country … The president of that country is not subject to our U.S. Supreme Court,” he added later.
You could hear a loud groan from a woman before a man yelled, “I’m pissed!”
Madge’s town hall sounds like it was a shit show, but no surprises there.
I haven’t found any good footage of the protests that happened outside the venue but I’m sure they’ll show up.
