I’m not actually upset about the grammar discussion, it was more the lack of celebratory posts that I felt needed rectification. ( and even that doesn’t bother me much.)

If he goes to prison, I expect he will be like Al Capone, still running his mob from inside. I expect he will be firing up his mob about the “witch hunt” that put him there, because he never did anything wrong. I expect he will plead bunions or something medical to get him special considerations. But I also expect he won’t be able to play golf or have lunch at his own resort. So that’s something, I guess.

Given the uphill battle of trying a former president, and the almost inevitability of house arrest rather than prison, I’ll be chugging champagne if he just gets convicted. If he actually goes to prison? … Hmmm… I hear cocaine’s nice.
