A question about Child Custody in Maryland.

I could of sworn that my lawyer told me years ago that if the non custodial parent has the child for more than 132 nights (I think it’s 132, not sure, please correct me with the proper number) out of the year, then it’s actually SHARED custody.

Is this true? If so, could someone provide me a few links regarding this? I couldn’t find much on google, though I could and I probably am searching wrong.

Actually, I think he said 128 nights equals joint physical custody.

What is shared custody?
If the parties child(ren) spends in access of 128 overnights per year or 35 percent of the time with either parent the Court utilizes at separate formula recognizing more of a shared cost approach to determine Child support.
