A shout to keithmac! Queenfan!

In this thread keithmac holds his own with several song titles.

But what I’ll bet I’m the only one who noticed is that they’re all Queen song titles.

Keithmac, hello. I’m a true devotee of Queen as well. I’ve been nuts over them since about 1976. Woof, I’m old.

Just thought I’d try and form a support group here.

Who likes Queen? Raise your hand!

You Take My Breath Away

Yep I’m a Queen fan, though can’t claim any real genius for the names (I had to use a web page to insure I got them correct).
Freddies death was a sad day for all, but it taught me that I had to get out and see live music, I have never seen Queen live and that is the one thing in life that I truely regret.
Good on you Jonathan Chance hope we get some more in this Queen thread.

Cheers, Keithy

Action This Day!

I can’t stay on much longer tonight, sadly.

But I saw them on their last US Tour (before Freddie couldn’t get a visa to get back into the states) on the Hot Space tour 1982.

Queen and Billy Squier. God, it was beautiful.

Nope, you weren’t the only one. I also noticed. I saw Brain May on his first solo tour… got to go back and meet him… Great guy, and probably the most underrated guitarist of all time.

The best concert I ever saw was Queen just after the release of “The Game”. I will never forget the thousands of lighters waving as everyone in the place sang along to “We Are The Champions”.

IMO Bohemian Rhapsody is pure, perfect genius. Freddy, you were ripped from us way before we were ready to let you go. :frowning:

My parents were big Queen fans, so I got to be too as I grew up
Got to sing the lead on Bohemian Rhapsody in H.S. chorus…oy, that was tough (especially the high note at the end of the operatic part!) :o
Still a big prog rock fan.

*raises hand - old(?) - birthday imminent - queen fan here too.

Ex saw them several times, including at Knebworth. Sardine, anyone?
