Jammage has been achieved! I’ve got 7 jars for the pantry and one for the fridge - the pot I use for the bath only holds 7 jars. But that’s cool - we’ll eat the other one in short order. Yum!
Now I have Bob Marley stuck in my head, mon.
Watching the Indy 500.
Howdy Y’all! All deheathenated and ush duties accomplished. Slim crowd but I expected that since this is the “Official Unofficial Start to Summer” weekend. I’m sure all the beaches are full of [del]heathens[/del] vacationers. N.O.L. was forage da fridge. Dindin will be the same.
Nappage shall occur shortly. I’s feelin’ sleepified. I have a feelin’ that is also on OYKW’s agenda.
waaaah
I have a loose tooth.

Happy Sunday everyone. I picked the kids up late Friday night and came down to my parents home for the weekend. Yesterday we cleaned and repaired dad’s boat (1966 Boston Whaler) and got it out on the water. My daughter wanted to take the wheel for awhile and she did well. I’ve always been proud of her desire to push her boundaries.
I cooked this weekend’s meals for myself and my parents. A nice time for all. I will take them home soon as I have to work tomorrow. But it’s still been nice.
It’s become overcast - I think Bonnie is banging at the back door. From the looks of the weather radar, precip is imminent. That could make Rolling Thunder interesting, depending on how quickly it moves to the northwest.
We had a late lunch, so supper will be forage for whatever in the fridge if we feel so inclined. Tomorrow is laundry day. The rest of today is sluggage.
Nappage has been achieved. ‘Twas a nice one. The rest of the day involves sloth. I don’t even have to lug the biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig trash can all the way down to the road bein’ as tomorrow is a holiday. Then again that just means I get to do it tomorrow evenin’.
{{{rosie}}} here’s hopin’ toothie feels better soonest.
gigity glad you had a good time with your parents and progeny.
Sky is clearing slightly. 2nd race of the day watched.

It started raining about half an hour ago. It smells nice and rainy out. Glad I got the yard done yesterday. Sloth continues.
Thank you Swampy for reminding me that trash doesn’t go out tonight. I need to check the website to see when it does.
No rain here yet, but it is getting grey outside.
It’s been slow, lazy day.
Back from deheathenation, feeling tired. Only plan until about Tuesday morning is sloth.
I just cleaned up the jammage dishes and the dishwasher is running. The rain continues steadily, and according to the forecast, we could end up with an inch anna half before it’s all done. We shall see.
My poor sweetie is hurting so bad, and even Oxy isn’t touching the pain. I feel so helpless…
Mooommm******** I feel horrible for FCD and you! I know you will be glad when Tuesday gets here and he gets his surgery and relief.
Lazy day here. Steak for supper cause we were too lazy to cook it last night.
We go back to the cardiologist on Tuesday. The new antiarrythmia medicine Hubs is on is working but has a side effect of making him tired. This will not do. We are going to see if there is another drug to replace it as hubs is miserable he can’t go work like a maniac.
**Butters **- I think something that compounds FCD’s misery is that he can’t do anything. Just walking from the living room to the bathroom is painful for him. He wants so much to do anything and the idleness is so against his nature - I expect he’s like your sweetie in that respect. I hope the cardiologist can prescribe a better drug. Good luck!
Tomorrow will be laundry day, and I’ll probably push the vacuum cleaner around. I should change the sheets, too, in anticipation of **FCD **being able to sleep in bed on Weds. He’ll be glad to give up the recliner, but Higgs won’t be too happy to be back in her crate at night. Sucks to be a dog, huh?
My mom and I visited four cemeteries today. One in town here and three in the country. One of those country places is where I will end up. If it’s still there a hundred years from now nobody will know who I was, because although the place is stuffed with family, they are all on my mom’s side, and my name comes from my dad. Maybe I should just be interred in the columbarium at the church. Nah, I’ve always loved Bethlehem cemetery, out among the fields.
Went to a graduation party for one of our rollercoaster friends. Other than that a dull and rainy day. Tomorrow is work so I may have a few bears and turn in early.
Chips 'n onion dip for dindin. What? There’s veggies and dairy so it’s healthy.
CupCakes I love to visit old cemetaries. The older the better. I shall be plopped down in the columbarium over to the church house myself.
MOOOOOOM and Butters hope the spousal units are feelin’ better soonest.
baker, my parents’ headstone has all of us kids names on the back (us girls tended to keep our names). Having your parents’ and siblings’ names on yours may be an option if you’re worried about future genealogists.
Damn.
I moved most of the inhabitants of the 75 gallon into the 90. I finally caught the pistol shrimp. He or his goby pal killed anything that lived on the bottom. They will be in their own 20 now. The shrimps are nearly blind, and the goby watches for danger (or nets) in return for living in a snug shrimp dug burrow.
As I placed them in the 20, I heard the shrimp say to the goby, “You had one f–king job!”
