This explains something odd I read earlier today. The HuffPost said that it’s rumored Cadet Bone Spurs has asked or is about to ask Kelly to oust Jared and Ivanka. I’d post a link, but that’s really all the item said – it linked to a longer article that mentioned the same thing without any corroboration.
So Jared and Ivanka can’t walk away without it looking like they’re admitting they did all the illegal stuff they actually did do. Cadet Bone Spurs can’t fire them without it looking like they actually did all the illegal stuff they did. But if Kelly fires them because of Jared’s security clearance, then it’s all “They did a great job. Wonderful people. It’s a shame the corrupt FBI was too busy playing games with security clearances when they should have been protecting schoolkids, but what can you do?”
Yes, that poor, poor senior administration official who could not possibly have expected tricky questions from the professional politicians and lawyers who had called her to testify about possible criminal wrongdoing. How could she have known that they would try to trip her up with questions about whether she had ever lied on behalf of the person at the center of the investigation? I mean, that’s totally, totally unfair. And then they publicized her remarks in a way that was most favorable to their version of the facts. Why, that’s something the White House Director of Communications could never have predicted. Such a setup! So unfair!
I feel for them. It’s terrible how some countries might use bribery and underhanded tactics to further their agendas in a way that may unfairly affect Qatar…and at a time when Qatar is busy preparing to host its totally-legitimately-earned FIFA World Cup Championship in 2022 too.

Some people, myself included, have taken a vow never to say or type his last name again. I’ll call him Donald or T***p but never type his full name and certainly never refer to him by the office that he pretends to hold.
