A Thread for the Mueller Investigation Results and Outcomes (Part 1)

Who the hell is representing him— Giuliani?

This. Every last word of it.

That bitch Junior is going to prison.

The would be the second most beautiful case of a Trump going to prison.

I’ll answer this again, to address an additional facet of the issue, by admitting that my impression of the unscrupulous criminals surrounding Democratic leaders is that they are probably a little less dangerous overall than the ones manning the GOP battle stations.

Probably only due to budgetary limitations.

Well, there you have, folks. This guy positively revels in willful ignorance.

Well, I guess people should be proud of the skills they’ve honed and practiced.

I don’t think it was internet backlash that led him to apologize, I think it was his lawyer’s backlash.

So… Trump and Co. may well be corrupt, venal, idiotic, and Trump has hired a bunch of clowns who met with Russian operatives to influence the election.

But the Democrats are almost as bad because HERP DERP REASONS. And they are Democrats so we know they are bad.

Jesus, this is probably one of the saddest, most pathetic comments I have seen here in a month.

Trump didn’t hire anybody - they hired him. “So Don, ya know, we need somebody to look good for us on TV. We’re just bunch of rich old farts with liver spots and grey hair. That doesn’t really appeal to the, shall we say, less knowledgeable voters. Now YOU! You could be the man - really Don!”

Trump doesn’t look good on TV. Orange and incoherent.

Have you ever thought about posting a comment that’s true, accurate, or on point, just to see how it feels?

Not his style.

Almost certainly - a “notice of apology” isn’t really a thing that people file. This is what happens when your lawyers see a headline about you on CNN and realize what you’ve done, and then get on a really angry call about how you are very close to needing some new lawyers, and this is the best thing that the lawyers can come up with to do by the end of the business day.

As it also happens, the judge has requested the honor of Stone’s presence on Thursday afternoon so that they can discuss whether the current gag order needs to be modified, and whether he should still be out on bail pending trial.

Oh, to be seated in that courtroom when Stone comes through the doors…

And it is a very accurate insight into how the Republican base thinks (or, more precisely, doesn’t think). This is what the Republican base is. Other, less idiotic, Republicans, say like Bricker or Scylla have been lying to themselves for years about the kind of people who made up the majority of people who voted Republican. But the one benefit of Trump and his high approval rating among Republicans, is that we now see the Republican base for what it really is. And it’s very, very ugly.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson has been most impressive as she has presided over Manafort, Gates, van der Zwaan and Stone matters. She has been careful, equitable, deliberate and clear in her rulings. She is the judge before whom any defendant should be grateful to appear.

What Stone did was appalling. To even intimate a threat against a judge is such a serious matter.

Judge Berman Jackson will be entirely justified to impose a full gag order, revoke his bail and remand him to custody forthwith. I hope she does. Maybe he can flash the ‘V’ sign before he is cuffed and shackled for his trip to the lockup. It did wonders for Manafort.

Yeah, I think in the rush to do as much damage as they could possibly get away with as quickly as possible, they kinda gave him too much leash on that and the makeup artists went rouge.

And not very smart.

For one brief instant I read that as revoke his balls. Also a good idea. If she can find them.
