Are you sure about that? Jim Wright (retired Naval CWO), and he’s spoken to military lawyers about this, says the government could un-retire Flynn, but cannot indict, try, or convict him for anything he did while a civilian. And by retiring, he became a civilian.
Yeah, but. My fantasy would be to put Trump behind bars. Don’t let him go out easy for health reasons. This might show the world and a very few of his supporters that his bullshit does not play in this county. This is very, very important to cut down his supporters and the next puppet they may try to stand up.
He must go down hard. I would say in humiliation, but he has no humility.
Hiss Act can apply to retired military. No idea if it affects Flynn’s misdeeds.

Trump knowing anything seems unlikely. He seems highly delusional. He could have actually colluded with the Russians, and he would legitimately think he had done nothing wrong.
