Hyper nitpick: It isn’t Air Force 1 unless the current president is on board. The plane carrying a disgraced former president to his exile nation would get a different call sign.

I admit I took a bit of poetic license.
I am with enipla – I want him miserable, seated in a courtroom, spending money like water on lawyers, going broke and losing his whole disgusting criminal enterprise, disgraced, hopefully in prison at the end of it all. But I’ll settle for alone and stuck in Saudi Arabia, never again to return to his beloved Mar-a-Lago or Trump Tower and so broke he can’t even afford to play a round of golf on any course.
He won’t go broke in SA, he’ll just be a ward of the State. They have hundreds of them, why not one more who used to be POTUS?
Since we’re dreaming, he needs to rot in the basement of a Ecuadoran embassy in Senegal or Pakistan or somewhere.
I picture him in a gated room in a palace in SA somewhere. Gold fixtures and stuff all around. Just one room, really cheesy looking. A toilet over in the corner. No privacy whatsoever.
And all along one wall, are gold bars. A cage, if you will. All day long, friends of the prince can come by and look in, to see the pet president in the zoo.
How about a compromise where we give it the call sign “AIR FORCE INDIVIDUAL ONE”?
I presume it would be to the DC District Court, where there’s only 3 Trump appointed judges, and 17 by Carter, Clinton, and Obama.
If he’s smart (come on, work with me here people!), he’ll make the flight on 19 Jan 2021, when he is still CIC and they have to do what he says.

Press conference with Barr and Rosenstein tomorrow at 6:30, which is interesting considering that in his letter justifying firing Comey, Rosenstein wrote “the Director ignored another longstanding principle: we do not hold press conferences to release derogatory information about the subject of a declined criminal investigation”.
I believe it is 9:30 ET. Barr and Rosenstein to take questions. How long the reporters will have to review the report in order to ask intelligent questions is unknown.
My guess is this will their chance to polish the turd as much as possible. They may even announce an investigation into the start of the investigation. Or they’ll talk about Benghazi. Who knows?

I’m impressed by their optimism. We won’t know anything until tomorrow.
Whatever they’re up to, they’ve been careful to pull it while Congress is not in session. You can bet that Republicans have a heads-up as to what to expect. I have a bad feeling.
