GOP leader McConnell to say ‘case closed’ on Mueller probe
This guy is a total dick.
It’s time to get back to the important business of the country: Finding out what really happened at Benghazi.
That’s old news stuff. The real story is how the radical lefties and hippies took over the FBI and Justice. Really pissed that I didn’t get the memo.
Yeah, I believe there were more hearings on Benghazi than 9/11 in what by the end was a blatant effort to smear Hillary Clinton.
Now we have a president who’s a Russian tool and almost certainly an actual criminal (at the very least the DOJ alumni letter yesterday indicates the only reason Trump’s not under indictment is because of his office, and who knows yet about tax fraud and money laundering) and the Republicans are like “Nothing to see here”.
Trump at least is incompetent and going senile; McConnell knows exactly what he wants and how to get it done.
Presumably one of the “breathless conspiracy theories” McConnell is referring to has to do with the recent investment in Kentucky of a brand new Russian aluminum plant tied to Oleg Deripaska.
Nothing to see here.
Yeah; I think I actually loathe McConnell more than Trump. Trump is just a stupid but crafty grifter, with no goals beyond self-aggrandizement. McConnell is an evil motherfucker who gladly pisses on the Constitution to further his agenda. The fact that both wound up in Washington at the same time is a horrifying calamity.
For me, there is no “I think” about it. McConnell is a fucking shitstain of the highest order, well, well beyond Trump.

But he’s exactly correct. Had there been stronger leadership, there might have been an opportunity to blunt some of the Russian efforts. The fact that the Senate Majority leader did not provide that leadership in the Senate hamstrung US government efforts.
