For Steam games, there’s a website where you can see the stats for all the achievements in those games. For instance, we can see that in Team Fortress 2, nearly half of all players have managed to rack up five kills in a row without dying, but only a half of a percent of all players have gotten 100,000 views for a YouTube movie.
Does Blizzard have something similar? I can find pages for achievements earned by particular individuals, but I can’t find one for stats on the community as a whole.
Dunno about as a whole, but there are guild-based achievements that you can see on each guild’s page online.

Blizzard does not publish the kind of statistics you are looking for. The only game-wide achievement tracking is done by third parties (either raid progress sites like World of Logs or independent research like thisat mmo-champion).
Actually, I was more specifically wondering about Starcraft II achievements. I just figured that if they did them at all, they’d do them for all their games. Ah, well.
