For those playing along at home, today is the day of Widget’s big surgery. at 12 weeks, Doctor Mike proclaimed her ready for the big snip.
I was updated late morning that she came through the op just fine. She will be kept overnight because of the declawing, and I can pick her up Tuesday after lunchtime.
It will be VERY strange to not have her purring in my ear as she drapes herself across my neck to sleep tonite!!
