Actors/Actresses that you SHOULD find repellant, but are oddly attracted to.

There was a one or two season television series called…well, not called Savannah, apparantly; I need to look it up. Early 90’s, I think.
Totally hittable there!

Ah…Key West is the title of the series. I remember one episode where there’s a huge hurricane, and Jennifer Tilly <or maybe the other Tilly> is wandering outside through it…exhilarating!
ETA AGAIN…AHA!!! Jennifer Tilly’s character was named…Savannah. Brain-fry mystery solved.

Amy Winehouse

Ewwwww. You may have just won the thread…

Can someone explain to me who finds her repellent? Allison Janney? Cos I want to punch them.

Ok, I have one, though it’s mainly his characters that tend to be kind of ‘evil’, but…Jackie Earle Haley pushes my buttons every time. Hell, I was half-in-love with him when he played Rorshach in Watchmen and you couldn’t even see his face until much later; at that point I had no idea who he was. After that, looked for everything he was in and, yep, completely head-over-heels no matter how twisted the character is. Hell, when I was little and Bad News Bears came out, I think I even liked the little shit he played there! And nope, I don’t care for ‘bad boys’, so to speak. Just HIS bad boys. The Nightmare on Elm Street remake and Human Target are like porn to me now. >.<

Yeah, I hate revealing that to anyone. Girl Wonder doesn’t even know that one.

yes, yes, yes. especially as barbossa. yum.
so, on to mine…jack black.

you heard me.
in my defense, it’s mainly in the king kong remake that i find him attractive. something about the 1930s look just suits him. i don’t know.

Good call, definitely sexy, and yet definitely not what you could call “pretty”.

Billy Bob Thornton. Second only to Tommy Lee Jones in my affections.

hmmm…yeah, them.

For me it’s Laura San Giacomo.
She’s not that good looking, she’s got gap teeth and she seems to be very hairy.
But for some reason, I find her extremely attractive. Don’t know why.

Joel Murray, who played Greg’s law partner “Pete” in *Dharma & Greg. *I am normally attracted to guys who are extremely thin, and someone of Murray’s weight (including myself) is a huge turn-off for me. But there’s something about that guy that simply breaks all the rules. Whenever I catch the show I try to figure out the cause of this strange attraction, but it’s apparently something beyond comprehension.

I always dug her too, and I can think of two reasons right off the top of my head.

Two REALLY BIG reasons.

She also has great eyes.

I was going to link to a pic, but thought better of it. BTW, her caterpillar eyebrows are a bit of a turn-off.

I would do naughty, sexy things to John Goodman.

Kate Micucci of Garfunkel & Oates and Raising Hope…definitely goofy looking but in a cute way.

You know, I thought you were on to something there. So I didn’t respond. But thinking about for a few months I have to say; that’s not it.

Yes, I agree she has some amazing mammalian protuberances, but I’ve never been a big tit man. Small and firm has always been my preference. And frankly, if it’s breasts alone, then obviously the list would be huge. Laura’s attraction is beyond the boobs. And although I still don’t know why, I can assure you it’s not the boobs.

Really? I think of her as William the Refrigerator Perry with a prettier head. I wouldn’t put her on this list because I don’t find her attractive at all.

I agree about Illeana Douglas though. She’s odd looking and I would pay good money to do her. :stuck_out_tongue:

Mindy Sterling. I found her love scene with Dr. Evil a lot more convincing than any of the ones featuring Heather Graham in The Spy Who Shagged Me.

John Hawkes. Especially John Hawkes as a filthy, abusive, strung-out meth head in Winter’s Bone. Look, even I am mystified by this, but there we are.

Yes. When dressed as a monkey in Planet of the Apes.

But still…
