Molly Ringwald; she went from Pretty in Pink in 1986 to Betsy’s Wedding in 1990.
she’s 61
what about the singer and actress Whitney Houston
I heard her talk about her weight. She is a very small person and weight gain shows up very quick on her. On some of the shows she has done for FN she had to eat a lot. She would pork up a bit by the end of the run of shows. It’s hard to tell when some of those shows were done because they replay them over and over. She looks better in some of the newer shows than in the older ones. On such a small person 10 or 15 pounds makes a big difference.
That country cook’n must have caught up with her.
Dude, she’s like what now? 70?
Thank you. The only difference between this thread and the other (on actresses who’ve “kept” their good looks) seems to be the quality of their plastic surgery. Any actress over 30 who isn’t planning on starving and botoxing herself in order to snag one of Hollywood’s few roles for “older” women ought to move to England, where casting agents occasionally go for talent over looks (and even then, there are a few crazies who actually believe talent can make a woman sexy-- you know, like with men).
Just more proof, if proof were needed, that the Brits are a race of shriveled androgynes. After all, we already know that attraction to older women is one of the surest indicators of faggotry.
She looked really cute in her cameo in Not Another Teen Movie
“Fuckin’ teenagers!”
Doug, since most of the women mentioned in this thread are YOUNGER than me, can I be an old goat instead?
Saw a young lady, not an actress, on a show today and she was what would’ve been called “voluptuous” back in the day. I mentioned to Wife that I know guys who would call her fat but I knew what she thought of guys like that: Lacking in manly vigor.
And yes, once back then I managed to move my eyes up to her face and Adrienne Barbeau was lovely. And voluptuous, even bordering on statuesque. Plenty to hold onto while she rode you like a rodeo pony.
She was an actress in Videodrome, and she’s probably about 73 by now. I’d still do her, though.
I’m probably being harsh - but Jill Hennessey went from being so very pretty in “Law & Order” to looking like a bag lady by “Crossing Jordan”
mm
Most people don’t realize Debbie Harry was “old” (35) when Blondie first hit big in 1979.
Whoops, in the first photo she is 24.
Wow, that really is dramatic, she looks much older at 46 in that picture than almost any woman I have ever met. I wonder if she was sick.
Jim
She was a notorious boozer.
Oh snap, best description evah. Second would go to an ex-gf of mine who snarkily described my then-secretary as nothing more than “pillows and rope.”
Brooke Adams, late Ms. Tony Shaloub:
An early shot of her.
A very flattering shot of her today. If you saw her in the Monk episode “Mr. Monk and the Airplane,” they constantly tried to use a glancing shot of her, nothing full on as she now looks like one of those puppets in Team America: World Police. Something has happened to her jaw, deep, deep crevices have appeard just above her jawline making it appear detachable.
