Again, Truth or Dare?

Sorry for the delay, freckafree, but I just got back from class. That was a hard one… I’m not very spiteful. When I really, really dislike somebody, I just keep them out of my life.

When I was 4 or so, I peed on a toy belonging to my brother… and I fling my neighbor’s dog’s poop back on thier lawn…

That’s all I got. Now, off to read the rest of the juicy stuff!

My eyesight. I’ve been almost blind without glasses since I was nine and It’s a pain in the ass. I’m planning on getting Lasik surgery sometime this year.

Missed this one. Wow, you go right for the heavy stuff.

I’d say wanting to have a job as an executioner.

Sorry, I went to bed before your previous request. The problem with timezones, I guess.

What was the last thing you failed at that you still feel bad about?

I’ll take a truth.

What’s the one thing you wished you had said to somebody that has now passed away?

I’ll take a truth too.

Quitting smoking. I quit for about a month back in April, fairly easily, then did a broad jump off the wagon to spite the person I had quit for. :smack: Tried a few times since, and have not had the success I had then. It pisses me off that I fail when I try for myself, but can do it for someone else.
fachverwirrt, who in your past do you most regret losing touch with?

I wish I had told my father I loved him. I did, but he was in a sedative induced unconscious state at the time (he never woke up in the seven weeks he was in ICU before his death). He was a difficult man to love, but he was, after all, my father.

Have you ever really regretted having sex with someone? If so, why?

Oops. Priceguy beat me to fachverwirrt’s truth, so Priceguy you can have that one if you want.

No, not really. My first serious sexual relationship was a disaster in many ways and it lasted at least three years longer than it should have, but I learned a lot from it. Can’t say I regret that it ever happened.

I’ll deal with UKCatGirl’s too, just to get everything sorted out:

Tricky one. I’ve tried to think of one for a few minutes. I suppose a very good friend I knew in school. She’s the only one I’ve really lost touch with (there are a few others, but we have heard from each other sporadically within the last year so I guess the touch isn’t really lost; at least we have ways to contact each other and I could call them to see them, I just haven’t gotten around to it).

This friend, however, I don’t have a phone number to. I could find it, but we haven’t spoken for so long that it would feel weird to call her. I did meet her this February, when I was fresh out of the hospital and looked like absolute shit. We hadn’t communicated in any way since late 1999, but I had asked a mutual friend about her from time to time. She had to ask if it was me (she recognised my mother, not me) but seemed happy to see me, hugged me and talked for a while. If I manage to get the reunion thing this summer off the ground, I’ll try to form some kind of relation to her again.

So, UKCatGirl, truth or dare?

My last all out crying screaming IHATEYOUIHATEYOU tantrum? I’ve only thrown one and it was because my mom wouldn’t let me go to a Guns N Roses concert when I was in 6th grade.

I did, however, kick my front door this morning because I was in a pissy mood and my husband was dragging ass and about to make me late for work. I felt stupid before my foot even made contact.

Fetchund, Truth or Dare?

Well, I believe in God…but one thing I HATE is debating the existence of Him. I could actually care less. Heh. And most people don’t know that about me. Most might think if I really loved Him and believed all that much I’d defend the existence of Him in a debate but man, it’s so boring! I always avoid it if I can. : p

Take care!
What was something good and something bad about the last time you had phone sex?
clayton_e, good job on that dare! At least it made one read your posts word for word. Truth or dare again?

Truth.

Let’s go for another truth.

truth.

I’m kind of off-schedule, working 2nd shift. I’ll take another truth tho

Toss me a good truth Q.

I don’t think I have any actions like that on my conscience, but I have an inaction I’ve always felt a little worried about. Thirtyish years ago my woodwork teacher’s young daughter was murdered near the school grounds by one of the pupils. I have the vague idea that some kid I saw hanging around near the school on the day in question was the one who did it. The culprit was caught and punished, but I didn’t know him especially so I will never quite know if I identified him correcly or if there was the possibility that I could have done something about it.

[ol]One of my guilty pleasures is a website where, among other things, you can listen to phoned-in recordings of women masturbating. One or two of those generally does the trick.
[li]While enjoying a text-sex session once upon a time, I received the message “My arms, legs and cunt are all open for you, if only I was there.” Hoo boy.[/li][li]Memories generally - particularly of first times and unusually good times. Works better than imagining stuff as a rule.[/ol][/li]
I’ll take a dare from Anaamika and a truth from Kytheria, thanks.

clayton_e, what disgusting personal habits do you have?

Ooohh… that’s a rough one… Let me think about this for a second…

  • If I have a cold I don’t mind at all spitting not so small quantities of greenish phlem into the sink (I make sure it makes it down the drain and I wash it down… but I’ve heard other people go “UGHHHH!” after seeing me do this).

  • I smoke on occasion. Far less than I used to, but if I’m out at the bars I will probably have a few. I no longer smoke just as part of an everyday thing, though smoking is still smoking and I don’t particularly think of it as a great habit.

  • I can pop my right elbow just by flexing my arm. I used to crack my knuckles but this I don’t do ofen anymore… I don’t know why. But the popping of my right elbow is something I do on occasion. It isn’t loud (It’s quite a soft noise, actually) and I can only do it once every, oh, I don’t know, hour or so (not that I do so), but I think its something that is strange and kind of a disgusting habit. I’ve never had anyone mention it and I don’t think anyone actually has even noticed it… but ya know, everyone’s their worst critic. Left elbow doesn’t do it, for some reason.

Good morning all! pries eyes open I’m back!

Bad would be it’s been a loooooong time.
Good would be that the guy had a very nice accent.

Do you mind if I steal your coding?

Malacandra, have I got a dare for you. I need a paragraph for a story of bad writing. What more beautiful punishment for a writer? Let’s make it at least 100 words.

I’ll take a truth from you back, since I am not about to accept a dare back after that, and a dare from anyone else who is in the mood.

I’m all rested up and ready for whatever truth you want to throw at me, Priceguy.

I’ll take a dare
