Am I having orgasms?

I would like to subscribe to your newsletter.

I’m speaking hypothetically here, but three out of four ain’t bad, right?

Actually, I suppose I could do all four at once if my partner was one of those girls who could climax from nipple stimulation, but I have yet to meet such a one.

Not at all. Do go on.

If you get off by using a stick shift, is that a four on the floorgasm?

And wet dreams? Snoregasms.

Eating bacon for the first time: boargasm.

Okay, I apologise for that one.

Ann Coulter has spore-gasms.

Do it too much and you’ll get sorgasms.

Too many of you have seen Tim Kazurinsky’s routine. Probably on SNL.

no.

May I suggest trying not to do the above and then find out if they are voluntary or not. Sometimes they run together, but by resisting the voluntary you will find that they are involuntary.

Hm…I’d rather describe it as somebody slamming my head into the wall, followed by my whole body being squeezed in a vice. Just without the pain.

A good one, anyways.

Another thought on this. I’ve never felt a sneeze to be more than mildly pleasant. At best. Sometimes a bit unpleasant, even without a cold or flu.

But that’s just my POV. Does my nose have its own consciousness? If so, might it typically be thinking, mid-sneeze, OHHHHHHHH, YESSSSS!

And aftrward, “Once was not enough!”

When you pick your nose, does it say “Deeper, baby!”?

Yes satisfied and buzzed.

As I alluded very poorly to in my last post, orgasms get better with time (as you relax, etc).

My advice? Practice, practice, practice.

I’d say that feeling afterward, with your description of “waves” and the urge to make voluntary mid-body contractions, settles whether it is some kind of orgasm you experience. It’s your individual experience of sexual climax, and “if it makes you happy” as the song goes, there’s no need to be concerned about experiencing something else as better.

Maybe as has been said you will someday go beyond it, especially with a variety of stimuli. BTW, an experienced gynecologist or medical researcher could probably answer whether it’s possible to have uterine contractions (“ut’r’ne”? ;)) unwittingly.

Take a closer look. This nose??? Do you really think I ever picked it? Why in the world would *anyone *pick this one?!

:stuck_out_tongue:

Really? My experience is really limited, but they looked kind of the same as their eyes rolled back and they passed out.

I could have sworn that either the Kinsey report or the Masters and Johnson report said that this was a myth, that orgasms were all clitoral based orgasms. They also (whichever report it was) stated that only about 25% of women were able to achieve orgasms through intercourse alone. Lucky 25%! Most women have stronger, easier to achieve orgasm through direct clitoral stimulation.

At any rate, I vote with the “if you have to ask” crowd. A person can get pretty turned on, even feel “jolts” even if they haven’t actually experienced an orgasm.

I swear I’ve also read that vaginal vs. clitoral orgasms have been debunked, but can assure you that my orgasms are glaringly different depending on how I’m being stimulated.

Orgasms from direct clitoral stimulation (especially with a vibrator) feel almost “tinny” is the best way to describe it. Like it’s all treble and no bass. Orgasms from penetration without direct clitoral stimulation take longer for me to build to, usually only happen in one specific position and are definitely deeper, sustained longer and feel much more like rolling waves than a quick splash.

Both are pleasant, but the waves definitely leave me more satisfied. The clitoral-focused orgasm just leaves me feeling like, “Okay, done with that. What’s on TV?”

As to the OP, it certainly sounds like a form of orgasm, but I agree with those who recommend more practice. Especially, try sustained indirect clitoral stimulation (including rubbing or applying a vibrator) near, but not directly on, the clitoris and see if that changes the end-stage sensation at all.

Sometimes switching the slightest thing can change the feeling pretty dramatically for us girls, it seems. Reminds me of this.
