Did anyone else think Stan’s double and Quacky were going to end up together?
Can somebody identify the song played by the helicopter during Stan’s and Francine’s dance? I have that on some meidum or another, but I can’t remember enough of it to figure out who it is.
I kinda forgot already but I wanna say it was “If You Leave” by Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark.
Just last week I was going to start a thread asking for an embargo on all “Say Anything”/Window jokes.
It is one of the most referenced moments in film history. I was going to argue that it just isn’t funny anymore.
The American Dad made me glad I didn’t start that thread last week.
That was hilarious. And, typical Stan, he grabs Gabriel Byrne instead of Peter Gabriel.
Good episode. The Roger/Steve subplot was pretty good as well.
Oh come now, what about the South Park episode where Stan plays “Shock the Monkey?”
Nah. It was still just a mild twist on the original.
INXS, “Never Tear Us Apart”, IIRC
It was an Okay episode. The main plot about Stan and Francine was pretty good(I loved the part with Stan’s flashback, particulary the end when he shoots the double) but the subplots were pretty meh.
And I didn’t think Pot brownies make you have bad trips.
Oh, no, I forgot Yoda!
They do when they make you see a talking fish.
I got a kick out of the Death Pool. I figured that would have come up by now.
I once made a cannabis genoise with a full pound of sacred ghee. My housemates reported hallucinations from it. I didn’t notice any, but at the time I was eating hash oil capsules like they were vitamin supplements. I can tell you, however, that everyone was quite horizontal and the conversation was somewhat… disconnected.
Excellent, excellent episode. I laughed till I cried.
“You stopped reading after the words ‘pig’s’?”
