Taylor wins the first round easily. He sang better. His overall performance was better. The jacket kicked ass. He’s just more fun.
When Randy talks, he doesn’t say anything. I can’t wait for him to finish whatever-whatever-doging so I can see what strangness will come out of Paula’s mouth.
He keeps talking about yo-yos. I can’t wait to see Randy walking the dawg pound. Ten yo-yos baby. That’s a hot one.
You’re referring to vodka fumes, right?
Or is it scotch?
OK, Kevin Bacon is really hot. That Hanes commercial with MJ was more interesting to me than Kat’s performance.
They should give her a breathlyzer test during the commercial breaks and post her numbers.
This Elliott fan is watching and will be voting for Taylor.
OK, I can dig him going for the Bible Belt. Don’t know how else you can compete with Kat’s Over The Rainbow, which again was beautiful.
I thought Kat’s Over The Rainbow was better than the time she sang it. She seemed to tone it down a bit and just go with the melody. Still wasn’t crazy about the arrangement though.
Taylor’s Levon was more subdued than his other performance of that song.
So now I guess it just depends the schlockyness of the “debut single” song.
I don’t think he has to compete with Over the Rainbow. It’d be a stretch for him to beat it. All he had to do was not lose any votes. I think he did that.
Is it me, or is Kat really, really off?
She sounds awful to me, Taylor has to win!
Boy. This song is low and on the outside of her range. Not a good song for her.
It’s not just you, she’s off. And the song sucks too.
Please be Katherine. Please be Katherine.
My wife and I can’t stand Taylor.
To any Futurama fans: you know that lovey-dovey Valtentine bear species? I’m pretty sure they write all of these finalist songs for AI.
The song itself was horrible. She sang the first half well and then went completely off the rails. Terrible overall.
This song stinks too but he’s doing about thebest that could be expected with it.
He should win in a landslide.
Kat’s song was horrible and so was she. She was off key for most of it, there was a part where she hesitated and I think she flubbed the words.
Taylors song was a little better. It sounded like it had some of the same elements as Kat’s, but Taylor performed his song much better.
