An anonymous way to say "we have STD!"

From http://www.inSpot.org:

I can’t decide if this is horribly irresponsible or responsible. I mean, you should KNOW about it beforehand, right? However, at least you’re taking steps to let them know afterward.

I think it’s both responsible and irresponsible. I mean, it does allow your trick to be alerted to a possible STD, and yet, you can very easily prank whomever you wanted…

Yeah, that whole prank thing is a whole bundle of temptations…

Gah, I think I have a bad soul to even be tempted.

Honestly though, many STDs take a while to show up. You can come up with a nice case of warts years after you actually aquired them. This is way better than being to embarrassed to tell people at all and possibly allowing your ex-partner to spread it to others.

The first thing I thought about is how many pranks this is going to cause… however, at least some people might be able to be warned when their partners are too embarassed to do it face-to-face.

DON’T PEOPLE USE CONDOMS ANYMORE? Aids isn’t going away any time soon, and people are still messing with their lives by having unprotected sex with people they obviously don’t know well enough to tell face-to-face that they’ve got an STD. Bad form.

Doesn’t the local health department notify your personal contacts by mail? Or is that just for certain STD’s like syphilis and HIV?

Who has their sex partners’ e-mail addresses??
