We just got back from True Value with 2 gallons of Candy Apple Red paint. Don’t freak out yet - it’s not like the bright pinkish red of candy apples - it’s actually more subdued and very similar to the other color we’d chosen. And, as I’ve said, if we hate it, paint is cheap. So my tomorrow is all planned.
Meanwhile, it’s cold and we’re in for the night. **FCD **has to run his car thru the carwash tomorrow - it’s almost white with road crud. ugh.
That’s all I’ve got. Gonna chill tonight because tomorrow’s gonna be busy.

No idea on where my new place will be although I have been looking since the house went on the market last Spring. I have my eye on a few places, but I am taking the weekend off from worrying about stuff.
I surprised DH with meat xylophones for dinner.
Well, perhaps osteophones, but the visual of someone perhaps playing jazz on a rack of barbecued ribs is more entertaining.

I have a good trifle recipe using pistachio pudding, but really you can use any kind.
I make pudding with whipping cream to stuff my cream puffs.

I never thought about my truck lying to me but my old Vibe used to lie all the time. The check engine light was always on, and three different shops couldn’t find a problem. One got the light to go out but a few miles later it was back on.
