Nope I just don’t like the texture and the flavour of them, weird I know…
In my humble opinion:
over easy.
Over easy in bread - my mom called it Egyptian Eye, I’ve heard it referred to as Toad-in-the-Hole… Yummmmm
Over easy, hash browns with onions , bacon , wheat toast and a large milk.
Scrambled, moist. Or omeletized or fried (sunny) or poached or softboiled.
 Hey Man, can I fix ya some eggs?
I like mine over easy. And Benedict. Mmmm.
I want an Angel food cake, thank you.

Tretiak - yeah, poached! And try to get ‘em at farmers’ market or from a roadside egg farmer’s stand. Then rush them home, poach them in simmering water for a scant three minutes, and put a couple on a slice of fried Farmer John’s ham. Serve with toasted English muffins and canteloupe slices.
scrambled. stir 'em up good in a bowl with a splash of milk while you melt some butter on the frying pan, then toss 'em in and scramble them, makes 'em fluffy. add salt & pepper. if feeling adventurous, melt some cheese into them. serve with jam on toast, bacon, and grits.
scrambled well, cooked in a little bacon grease, with diced ham…mmmmmmmmmm…I’ve been known to eat nine eggs this way.
Of course, later in the day, I’m feeling it.
From a chicken, thanks.
Over easy, with toast for the runny yolks. Mmmmmmm.
Or scrambled, then lightly decorated with ketchup.
Or pretty much any other way they can possibly be cooked, as long as the whites aren’t runny.
Mmmmmm. I love eggs.
By a campfire, scrambled or over easy, as long as there’s bacon, italian toast, and bloody marys. If we’re in Maine, the bloodies must be made with half vodka, half gin. Then… into the tent
Huevos Rancheros. With the red paste made from chili pequins. There used to be a little diner-style restaurant across from UNM main campus in Albuquerque, on Central, made the best huevos rancheros…mmmmm
Poached with runny yolks on top of corned beef hash
Sunny-side up (firm whites) with hot sauce, salsa, or (and I bet I get flamed for this, but it’s yummy) grape jelly
Leftover-from-last-night’s-dinner-out prime rib omelet with 2 or 3 cheeses
Hard boiled with lots of salt, pepper, and butter (not marge)
On top of stacked enchiladas, as the aforementioned sunny side up
Awww, hell, just give me eggs any way but dry–meaning overcooked or overscrambled. I want 'em juicy.
Scrambled with tabasco sauce. Mmmmm.
Over easy, with crisp bacon (I do not want the bacon to even bend when I pick it up !) grits with butter, salt and pepper. And either toast or a toasted english muffin.
(Note to self, cook eggs for ** Manservant Hecubus ** real soon ! )
(Second note to self, get ** poohpah chalupa ** cook breakfast for me soon, that sounds yummy )
Hatched.
Raised on a diet of grain and corn.
Plucked, de-red-meated.
Wrapped around some ham and shaved swiss cheese.
Lightly breaded, fried.
And served with whatever vegetable might be in season.
Mm!

Scrambled with a tablespoon of orange juice, grated vintage cheddar cheese. Serve on toast and drizzle honey over them.
as part of the breakfast in bed brought to me by a gorgeous man.
sadly, today he only made me toast.
