A hair related point:
I have red hair, and I have frequently found that men are very free with telling me about their pathological attraction to redheads. I find this awkward and sometimes offensive. The most recent incident was a longtime friend who told me how attracted he’d always been to redheads, in front of his (blonde) wife!
To me, it’s like someone saying “I just want you for your hair, regardless of personality or any other potentially endearing quality.” I think it’s perfectly okay to say “You have very pretty hair, I’ve always admired that color on women”, but usually I’d rather not hear about your “thing” for redheads, because for the most part, I really don’t care.
Gentlemen, why do you do this? Ladies, do you blondes or brunettes (and other redheads) have the same problem?
I’ve never “did it” with a redhead…further, I’ve never told a redhead that I have urge to “do it” with her…however, since you brought it up…yes, I’d like to “do” a redhead just once…sorry.
