I recently acquired a hat that reads, “No Mas TeVeo y Palpito”. I know that that means “No More _____ and ______.” I’m wondering as to what is means…Somebody help!

Got me, and I speak pretty good Spanglish. My Spanish is subpar, by my Spanglish is excellent.
Not sure about TeVe, but I believe “palpito” means "heartbeat.
Sailor got it 100% right, except for the keeping it in his pants part.
Or in keeping with the spanglish themed OP:
Sailor adivinó, menos the part de keeping it en his pants.
So shouldn’t that read “Quando te veo” and not “no mas te veo”?
I don’t know about “teveo.” Border Spanish for the English word “television” is “TV”, pronounced as “tay-vay.”
I got hundreds of hits for “teveo” in Google, all pointing to a variety of things from software packages to a Paraguayan television magazine. I suspect that it might be a TV show or magazine featuring muy senoritas caliente.
Those darn Mexicans can’t even speak their own language and they don’t understand English even when it is shouted at them.

No mas te veo = I just see you
“No mas” generally does mean “no more”, but it depends on the context of the sentence.
English is no different. Depending on the context, words have different meanings. Hell, the are even pronounced differently according to context. And sometimes, even, a different pronunciation can lead to a different meaning.
I know many “damn english speaking people” that can’t speak it right themselves.

“No mas” as in “nothing else”.
My guess here is something to the line of
" My heart used to beat faster whenever I saw you, but not anymore". More than spanglish, it looks like usage of mexican idioms.
It is Cuando, not quando.

Another way to translate the “no mas” part is:
I no more than see you…
which is synonymous with Sailor’s “as soon as I”.
Sorry about that previous translation. That was for a similar phrase, “No Más TeVeo y Palpito” (note the accent in the a).
The right translation for “No Mas TeVeo y Palpito” would then be:
No Mas: As soon as
TeVeo: I see you
y: (connector)
Palpito: my heart beats hard
As Sailor mentioned at the start.
“Palpitar” literally means “to beat” or “to throb” (as a heart). Figuratively it means “to quiver, to be aflutter.”
So it could be translated as “I no more than see you and I’m aflutter.” But sailor basically had it right (though the “pants” part is not necessarily implied).
In any case, it’s not Spanglish, it’s just Spanish. I just got out of a two-hour meeting that was conducted in Spanglish.
“te veo” is two words.
I’ll go with something along the lines of Sailor’s first stab, including the parenthetical statement of pants. Any use of “palpito” is an albur waiting to happen. Palpito = pa’l pito, hilarity ensues.
All I do is see you, and my heart throbs (with oblique dick reference).
Also, nomás is often expressed as one word, esp. in literary or folkloric contexts.
Well, I think it would be far raunchier if it were on a pair of boxers instead of a hat, unless that’s a REALLY oblique pun on “head.”
