If a bunch of people are coming in from out of town, I recommend asking a hotel about a group rate, they usually do provide them. just an FYI.
I definitely plan on asking about group rates, especially since it will be mightily convenient if everyone ends up in the same hotel.

Count me as a maybe. I am in Delaware, OH but as I am only 15, this gives me a transportation problem. I’ll have to check the rents on this one.
