This is exciting! And fun!
Last weekend I ended up back down in Monterey and I saw something else for my giftee. I picked it up and have everything ready to pack, wrap, and ship. I’ll do that later this week.

Sent the package this morning! I included two of one item, for the giftee and their spouse.
This is fun, isn’t it!
Some folks will open their packages before Christmas so we get to hear about fun stuff for at least a week.
Be sure to let us know when your package arrives, your Santa will want to know and I try to keep an eye on shipping trends.
Ok, I think I post this almost every year, but I will probably miss the mailing deadline. Something always comes up. Maybe this year will be different. I already have one thing and hope to get a the last few little things this weekend.
I’ve got everything bought and wrapped, and was waiting until today’s “Handmade Arcade” craft show to buy the perfect greeting card. I’ll ship on Monday 12/5 or Tuesday 12/6.
Shipped my gift today! Off it goes to the west (and slightly south)!
I’m going to miss the shipping deadline by at least a couple of days. Sorry.
I probably will, too. I think I have everything together, but I’ve been sick and am about to hit a string of long shifts at work. Attempts will be made to get it sent off as soon as I can.
Me, I had to replace my television set and mounting bracket. I won’t have any discretionary income until 7-Eleven gives me da cash.
Wow that is very nice, going above and beyond!
Joining the apologetic throng of late mailers here. I have high hopes of being ready to post my parcel on Friday, but won’t promise it until Saturday. (It really is nearly ready to go, but dammit I just GOTTA finish just this one more thing. Sorry, when I get hit by an attack of the stubborns it does not readily yield to treatment!)
Package is heading to the Mason-Dixon Line, and will tip toe over it heading a bit south.
I got a box all the way from Canada! Man, I haven’t even packaged mine up yet, and my international Santa already delivered!
CanadaSanta, you are on the ball my friend.
I shall spend days gloating over it like a dragon sleeping on its hoard. Then I shall spend more days debating if I should wait for Christmas, or just dig in NAOW!!!1!
Dig in NOW, of course! It will make the whole month of Christmas fun.
Gotta find a proper shipping container and mine will be dispatched. Maybe tomorrow ??
I ordered one package to my giftee and mailed one myself that should be there if the post office isn’t shading the truth. Friday I will mail the third and final item. I just had to finish it.
@purplehorseshoe No, hold out! You can do it!
Why wait?! Chanting… open it! Open it!
Maybe open the package enough that something just happens to fall out? You can blame Monkey and his box fetish.
Just finished wrapping my package - Christmas paper within a box that’s wrapped in a brown paper bag, well-taped and ready to be mailed. It’s going around 400 miles or so, if Google Maps is to be trusted. So that’ll be - what? - 3 or 4 days? I guess we’ll find out. I’m hoping to get it mailed tomorrow, which means my grandson gets to visit a post office with me!! WOOHOO!!
