I can’t seem to find a straight answer to this relatively simple question. All I want to know is, have any paper checks gone out yet? That’s it.
Have you gotten yours? (Not asking about direct deposit, I’m asking about paper checks.)
Late May and early June is when they will be mailed.
I saw a report on my local news about the deadline looming to give the IRS your banking info.
They went on to say paper checks will be mailed after that.
We’re talking about the $1200 checks? As I mentioned in a thread a while back, we received a paper check for my late MIL a few weeks ago.

I just received my mailed paper check yesterday, despite them having my banking information. No idea what the problem was, since I’ve lived at my present address and had the same bank account for 16 years.
The paper checks have started going out, but logistics limits how many checks can be printed and mailed per week, so it may be late summer before they are all sent (around 20 million have gone out so far).
I think these questions can be asked in the existing thread on stimulus payments.
