For example, this guy looks fine to me. I also think Prince Harry, Rupert Grint, and Conan O’Brien (with a beard) look perfectly fine though my individual rating of their attractiveness would vary based on other factors besides hair.
I have heard before that there is true prejudice against ‘gingers’ in the UK and that seems crazy to me. The world would be boring if everyone looked alike.
I’ve never really thought about it before, but I wonder if the English habit of disparaging redheads has anything to do with our long standing rivalry/animosity with Scotland? Not that I’m saying modern English people hate scottish people or redheads, but I wonder if it is something that has been handed down to us through history?

But, yeah, red hair’s cool with me. I admit, too, that while I like it on women, it doesn’t seem to look as good on men, for whatever reason. It’s probably a matter of conditioning, with the whole “sexy red-haired vixen” type being popular in culture (at least American culture), but, off the top of my head, I’m having a hard time thinking of a man with red hair considered conventionally sexy.

I adore red-headed men. Always gawp after them on the street.
I dig redheaded women. Not sure why, I guess they just stand out, and they’re proud of being different or they’d dye it a different color. Most red headed men I see look really dorky to me, I don’t get why women would go for them, but I’m not real sure why women are attracted to men at all anyway.
For me it very much depends. I generally don’t go for redheads, but if there’s a lovely woman with porcelain skin and long, luxurious red hair and I take serious notice.
Overall, though, I generally prefer brunettes, but it’s certainly no exclusivity, just a preference.
However, the most beautiful girl I’ve ever personally met was a redhead…she’s the only person who walked into a room and actually flustered me…she was intimidatingly gorgeous.
I often find natural red heads to be sexy. The woman on The Mentalist is very sexy. Angie Everheart as well. I’m sure I could think of a few more famous ones and several from my life that probably none of you know.
In theory, I’m attracted to guys with absolutely black hair. But in reality, hair color is just as irrelevant as eye color. Beauty and ugliness come in all colors of skin and hair.
