Yesterday I spent a couple hours on the board and did not get one timeout, although it was slow responding a couple times. Today I didn’t even experience that.
I have no actual knowledge of the answer to your query, but I expect that if they were, there would have been some sort of announcement. I know I’d be shouting it from the rooftops.

True. The problem is not just that the delays and timeouts are very intermittent, but that the intermittency happens in a variety of cycles. Sometimes the system performs well for several days at a time, with only occasional delays. Sometimes it performs very poorly for several days at a time, and during those times, there tend to be short cycles of several minutes where it works well, then for several more minutes times out constantly. As Jenny said, if the system was a horse, we’d take it back behind the barn and shoot it. But we have no other horse ATM.

I wonder what a horse ATM would be like. Do you put in your PIN and get three mares and a pony?
A horse ATM would be one with a raspy cough. Sort of pre-virus symptoms.

And you don’t want to know what it dispenses if you get your PIN wrong.

Well, today is the first time I’ve been able to get in the board at all in more than a week. So, “yay”.
Just had a long wait, but no 502/504. So yes, cautiously optimistic but things are still shaky.
