I confess to a “lurk only” habit with respect to the political threads, because the usual posters are so much better informed, and they’re funnier than anything I could think to add.
Anybody else?

Ditto on the political threads.
I generally “lurk” in General Questions. I like to read the posts because I feel like I can learn a lot there, but only rarely do I have anything to actually input into the threads.
I read Great Debates, sometimes, but don’t spend a lot of time there.
I lurk in politics - I’ll read to see if there’s anything new, but usually it’s the same ol’ stuff and isn’t worth much effort.
Religion - Dio has the knowledge and Der Trihs has the attitude, what could I possibly add?
The Pit - I rarely post since I can’t really work up the hate.
Congratulations. I merely cannot sustain it.
I’ve been reading GQ and GD for ages.
I’ll lurk in GQ. Typically I either can’t answer the question, or the answer I know has already been posted. Wasn’t that the forum where dude pondered, then posted about frying semen 'cause of its similarity to egg whites? It’s just amazing the odd things you can learn there.
I rarely post in the Pit, except for mini-rant kinds of things. For the most part I just don’t have anything to contribute in there, so why bother? Besides, some small part of me is always whispering “if you post that, you’ll just get chewed up and lit on fire” and I wimp out.
I lurk in GQ alot, but only post when my subject comes up. That is unless I have a question. I don’t bother with great debates, as all the contenders are pretty much already decided and I just can’t read those long threads. Ironically, I love to read Pit threads. Even some of the super long threads. I couldn’t shake a stick at any of those guys, but it sure is entertaining to read. I try not to post anything to close to my heart on the internet though.
