As for the ship… I had a friend who would’ve done this. I know very well if I showed him that article, he’d look at his young son and say, “He needs one of these.” Then we would’ve spent the last few days making it.
He would’ve turned 37 today. I miss him.
And you know, if I owned the place I lived in, I’d make one of these, too. As is… I think I’m gonna go make my bed and couch into a pillow pirate ship!
